The space
Spacious 2/1 left townhouse in the inside corner of a quiet street of the barrier island of Satellite Beach. Dedicated workspace next to dining area. Hallway bathroom is just outside bedrooms.
Guest access
Guest may gain access to the townhouse anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The townhouse is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet.
Other things to note
We have a Keurig single cup coffee maker. The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

Our fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether you're whipping up breakfast or brewing your morning coffee with the drip coffee maker, you'll find all the essentials at your fingertips.
For your convenience, the unit includes a stackable washer and dryer, complete with detergent, so you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

Stylish Retreat ½ mi to Beach
Kick back and enjoy the "Salt Life" in this centrally-located beach-themed spacious one bedroom one bath condo just half a mile from the beach. You may use all the facilities including the equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee/tea. The condo layout is featured towards the end of the listing pictures.
Full access to the heated community pool, jacuzzi, and gym using the fob (touchless gate key) provided in the unit. There is no washer/dryer in unit but you can access the condo laundromat in the clubhouse with the fob in the unit (on a hook above the kitchen counter).
Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use.
